Tommy Robinson supporters climb gates of Downing Street after his arrest and imprisonment – Media silent

      Tommy Robinson

As you will have no doubt heard by now, Tommy Robinson has been arrested and imprisoned following his live coverage of an Islamic grooming gang outside Leeds Crown Court. This is simply wrong on so many levels.

I could comment at length on the dire implications for free speech in this country, but many independent political commentators have already posted articles and video clips on YouTube that explain the situation very well.

For example:

Fahrenheit 211

Info Wars

Ezra Levant

Stefan Molyneux

The Government has issued what is effectively a “D” notice prohibiting the mainstream media from reporting anything related to the arrest of Tommy Robinson and his manifestly unjust imprisonment. By extension, the media are prevented from reporting on the Whitehall / Downing Street protests that took place on Saturday 26 May, and will no doubt be prevented from reporting on the protests that will take place at Speakers Corner on Sunday.

If you are unable to attend the event in London at Speakers Corner, may I suggest that you follow the live blogging and live streaming videos that will inevitably be found on the Internet. The mainstream media will tell us absolutely nothing about what is happening, and even when they consider that a subject may be reported on, they will spin the news to make it look like that the protesters are nothing but a bunch of drunken hooligans out for a good time, rather than the concerned patriots that they really are.

To make matters worse, Facebook and Twitter are shadow-banning any accounts that appear to have a conservative viewpoint. They have been doing this “under the radar” for months, but now it is obvious even to the meanest intelligence that there is a concerted effort to crack down on our freedom of speech and to take away our ability to criticise anything that the Government finds problematic, such as Islam for example.

The Government is terrified of political movements that may rise up and overthrow them – a good example might be of the Poll Tax riots of 1990 – and while I am not suggesting that supporters of Tommy Robinson should instigate riots, I think that everyone of goodwill – that is to say, every non-Muslim and every concerned patriot – should get out onto the streets in large numbers and demonstrate to the Government that enough is enough.

Many people have said to me that the only way to effect change is through the ballot box, but we simply do not have enough time to effect the political change needed by the peaceful democratic means that have been open to us up to now. The Islamisation of this country is advancing like a steamroller – crushing all opposition rather than allowing peaceful and open discussion – and it is aided and abetted by those who would use violence to shut us down.

The hooded thugs of “Antifa” – a misnomer if ever there was one, as they are the most fascist and intolerant bunch of people you are ever likely to come across, and I should know – are being encouraged by the Government to intimidate anyone and everyone with a conservative viewpoint from expressing those views in public. The parallel with Hitler’s Brownshirts in the 1930’s is unmistakable, and it is a recipe for disaster.

Not only that, but many people working in professions such as the police, the National Health Service, local government and education – including, I might add, my own two daughters – have been intimidated and threatened with the loss of their jobs if they dare to express politically incorrect opinions concerning Islam. This stifling of our free speech has to stop now, and the only way to stop it in the time we have left before Islam strangles the life out of our democracy is by direct action, to generate enough momentum so that the Government understands that the depth of feeling in this country will lead to their overthrow if they do not change direction and deal with the numerous and manifest problems that Islam causes.

Islam is not going to stop of its own accord. It cannot be reformed. It cannot be bargained with, or reasoned with. It will not stop until we are all either dead, converted to Islam, or subjugated as dhimmis. It advances using fear, violence, intimidation and terror, and if the demographic does not change then before too long we will see a Muslim majority in this country that will use our democracy to stifle and eventually eliminate democracy itself.

This approach has worked very well for Islam for the last 1400 years, and there is no reason for Islam to change tack when it is following what it sees as a successful strategy. It has to be stopped, by peaceful means if possible, but by force if necessary. We have to stop it for the sake of our children and grandchildren. We owe them that much at least.

I will leave you with the words of John F Kennedy – “Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable.”

Don’t say you haven’t been warned. And keep Tommy Robinson in your thoughts, as his time in prison is likely to turn out to be a death sentence.

Sargon of Akkad and The Battle of King’s College London

     Oh, the irony…!

This post is not specifically to do with Islam, it is more to do with Free Speech, the cornerstone of our civilisation (which of course Islam vehemently opposes. In fact, if it wasn’t for the propensity that Islam has to pursue the violent destruction, rape and pillage of civilisations, humanity  and freedoms wherever it goes, I doubt if anyone would give a rat’s ass about such a backward ideology. But then that’s just my opinion.)

Some of you may recall that I recently referred to the work of Sargon of Akkad, a vlogger who it would be fair to regard as a classic liberal, and indeed he describes himself as such on his YouTube channel. His recent article on the tragedy of Venezuela highlighted the dangers of socialism.

These dangers take on a particularly ominous significance when socialism is faithfully implemented by those with a totalitarian outlook, such as Hugo Chavez and Nicholas Maduro in the case of Venezuela (and of course our very own Jeremy Corbyn in the UK, whose veiled and not-so-veiled threats on the curtailment of our freedoms should he ever come to power should forever disqualify him from holding the position of Prime Minister.)

In short, Sargon of Akkad (his real name, which is already in the public domain, is Carl Benjamin) is just the sort of advocate of free speech whose words we should be carefully considering when trying to find a way forward through the fog of totalitarianism that is gradually closing around us here in the so-called free world.

To that end, Carl Benjamin was invited to hold a discussion with author Yaron Brook, an Objectivist and chairman of the Ayn Rand Institute) held at that renowned bastion of free expression and free enquiry, King’s College London. One might have thought that an event on the subject of free speech would have taken place without any of the unpleasant scenes that have marred the appearances of such people as Robert Spencer, the director of Jihad Watch, and Milo Yiannopoulous, who describes himself as a “cultural libertarian” when they recently attempted to speak at universities and colleges in the United States.

However, the event at King’s College London was invaded by a large number of violent and masked students – self-described “anti-fascists” who beat up the security guards who were present, as well as some members of the audience, to the extent that a number of KCL security guards were hospitalised due to their injuries. This represents a severe escalation of the violence that the so-called “anti-fascists” are prepared to employ in the pursuit of their objectives in this country.

The most ironic aspect of the proceedings was the way in which the advocates of free speech were loudly and frequently referred to as “fascists” when of course it was the “anti-fascists” themselves that were exhibiting the true fascism and hatred that the Left has for our freedoms.

It remains to be seen whether any of the student “anti-fascists” will be reported to the police, or even disciplined for their activities, considering that some of them had their masks ripped off and their faces exposed to the myriad of smartphone cameras that are now ubiquitous and “de rigueur” at any public event. However, I for one will not be holding my breath. An increasing number of university and college authorities have no problem at all with violent and disruptive protests that are designed to shut down free speech and to “no-platform” anyone with views that are outside the permitted politically-correct limits that exist in such institutions today.

PS – for those of you who are increasingly concerned about the censorship employed by the social media giants such as Facebook, Twitter, Google and YouTube, please take a look at BitChute . An increasing number of conservative vloggers and political commentators are moving to platforms such as BitChute for a relatively censorship-free media experience.

Why the Jordan Peterson / Cathy Newman interview could be a turning point for free speech

One of the biggest problems with public discourse in the West today is that the articulation of speech that deviates from the Leftist norms of political correctness is met with systematic abuse – “racism”, “bigotry”, “fascism”, “prejudice”, “misogyny” “alt-right” or “right-wing” or – heaven forfend! –  even “Islamophobia”.

Part of the problem is that we have by and large lost the educational techniques of debating difficult subjects in public – the process of free, uncensored debate is no longer encouraged in our schools and universities, and most people find that by the time they have developed an interest in, say, politics, philosophy and economics for example, and wish to take up a position that would have been considered “moderate” only fifty years ago, they are smeared with one or more of the epithets listed above and threatened with social ostracism,  the loss of their employment, or even the loss of their liberty under increasingly arbitrary “hate speech” laws. This naturally discourages reasoned debate and critical analysis, an outcome which is to the detriment of us all, especially given the immense challenges facing our democratic Western civilisation today.

A remarkable interview between Professor Jordan Peterson and Cathy Newman of Channel 4 Television took place recently. It was viewed over two million times on YouTube and the general consensus was that the social justice warrior Cathy Newman had her ass handed to her by the learned Professor Peterson. (She was reportedly rather upset by this.) The most delicious “gotcha” moment is at 23m 05s, however an in-depth analysis of the implications of the interview reveals an unexpected dimension.

This video of Paul Weston on Robert Spencer’s Jihad Watch website explains it very well. It is well worth 45 minutes of your time to watch both the video and the original interview, and for you then to encourage everyone you know who cares about free speech to watch the video and the interview too.
